The form SNAS application for accreditation is created in compliance with the requirements of international standards and rules of international accreditation organizations.
New applicants for accreditation are obliged to submit application for accreditation only on the completed form.
Integral part of the application for accreditation is an appropriate annex with the specification of accreditation field and kind of activity to be accredited.
The applicants are obliged to annex to the application all documents required by the Act No. 264/1999 Coll. as amended.
b) Code of Conduct of a SNAS registered member
Each legal person to which SNAS granted or is going to grant the first accreditation certificate, is, at the same time, assigned the status of a SNAS registered member and its member number.
The legal person is assigned only one member number regardless the number of granted and valid accreditation certificates.
The list of Registered Members
Code of Conduct of a SNAS registered member is a document of a professional organization delineating basic legal and ethic principles by which the SNAS registered member is governed. Each applicant for accreditation has to be acquainted with the document. The Code should be signed by a statutory representative of the accredited organization.
SNAS will invite statutory representatives of legal persons with a valid accreditation certificate to sign the Code subsequently.
The registered member, by signing the Code, publicly declares its commitment to behave honestly and ethically. This should be integral part of its endeavour to keep confidence and respect of its clients and of large public gained by the accreditation.
c) SNAS accreditation mark
The SNAS accreditation mark consists of the SNAS logo and the registration number which is composed of the member number of a SNAS registered member and the number of the granted accreditation certificate. These numbers are separated by a slash.
