The Slovak National Accreditation Service intends to provide access to its website, in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on information technologies in the public administration and relevant executive regulations in the extent of conditions laid down in Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

This accessibility statement refers to the website of www.snas.sk.

State of conformity

This website is partially in line with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on information technologies in the public administration and on amendment to other acts as amended and relevant executive regulations in the extent of conditions laid down in Directive (EU) 2016/2102 with regard to components of non-conformity specified below.

Inaccessible content

The content below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  1. Non-compliance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies:
    • Images in some PDFs do not contain alt text. [Success criterion 1.1.1 Non-textual content]
    •  Controls and elements that respond to user input do not have a name. [Success criterion 1.1.1 Non-textual content]
    • Tables in text documents (PDF, DOCX, ODT, ...) do not always have a defined heading. [Success criterion 1.3.1 Information and interrelations]
    • Some PDFs have letter spacing, which makes assistive technology text incorrectly readable. [Success criterion 1.3.2 Meaningful ranking]
    • For some hyperlinks, color is used as the only means of distinguishing from regular text. [Success criterion 1.4.1 Use of colours]
    • Some PDFs don't have enough contrast. [Success criterion 1.4.3 Contrast (minimum)]
    • A reduced view disrupts the responsiveness of the page and requires content to be scrolled in both directions. [Success criterion: 1.4.10 Perceptible]
    • Missing or incorrectly defined names for some PDFs. [Success criterion 2.4.2 Each page has a title]

    • On the Slovak website there are notwhich texts in English. [Success criterion 3.1.2 Language of the parts]
  2. Non-compliance with Slovak generally binding legal regulations governing standards concerning accessibility of websites and mobile applications:
    • Some references are not accompanied by information about the file format and size. The user is not informed that a hyperlink leads to a file of another format (napr. RTF, DOCX, XLS, PDF, ZIP, etc.). (§18 letter i) of UPVII Decree No. 78/2020 on standards for information technologies of public administration)
    • Pages that publish mandatory disclosures under specific regulations do not include the date of creation of the page and the date of the last update. [§15(k) of UPVII Decree No. 78/2020 on public administration information technology standards]

This declaration was drawn up on 8.9.2021.

The assessment of conformity of the website with requirements of Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on information technologies in the public administration and relevant executive regulations in the extent of conditions laid down in Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was performed in the form of self-assessment.

The declaration was last checked on 10.5.2024.
